6.1. Group74 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our electricity services.
6.2. In no event shall Group74’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the electricity services provided during the preceding twelve (12) months.
